The enquiry was initially received in the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown and as Carrington Textiles are the largest producer of workwear textiles in the UK, it was critical that we had the ability to respond quickly yet safely and in accordance with lockdown protocols, to ensure the client was able to continue to provide essential items, such as NHS and care-worker uniform and personal protective equipment.

We were appointed to make safe and secure a large textiles factory following significant fire damage. Once the fire had been successfully brought under control, we were then commissioned with managing the controlled disposal of 2,690 tonnes of bundled fabric waste and the demolition of all affected structures.
