We were commissioned by Royal London to undertake a complete deconstruction programme of John Dalton House, Manchester as part of the clients enabling works package.
Works included initial asbestos survey investigations, followed by the complex remediation of 1,200m3 of stockpiled, asbestos contaminated rubble located at sub-floor level. Running in conjunction with the asbestos remediation programme, we also completed the site-wide soft strip back to shell, including the removal of all fixtures, fittings and contents.
